We offer a 7-day free trial so you can explore our content and see if Do Mambo is right for you—no charges during this period. If you cancel during the trial, you won’t be billed at all.

We stand by the quality of our training. If you purchase a membership or course and find it’s not what you expected, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment—no questions asked.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available:

  • Within 30 days of your first payment

  • If requested by the account holder

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse of the policy (e.g., repeated signups and cancellations).

5. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Once canceled, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle, but no further charges will occur.

6. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Coaching sessions that have already taken place

  • Special events or workshops with clearly stated no-refund terms
